Every year, Key invites talented undergraduate students to join us for a challenging, hands-on construction experience. We encourage multiple year internships, starting as early as your freshman year.
About Our Internships
The Job
- Our internships combine meaningful work experiences with exposure to different areas of construction, including field and office work, to give students a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge of the industry and determine whether they’d like to pursue a career at Key after graduation.
- Each intern is assigned an experienced mentor to assist in all aspects of the job.
The Experience
The participants learn that we work hard at Key, but we play hard, too. As part of the experience, interns receive housing and a salary and have the opportunity to participate in events outside of the office such as tailgate parties, float trips and volunteering.
