BASIS Charter School Renovation

This project includes the complete interior demolition and renovation of an existing 78,000 SF building to transform it into a new K–12 charter school. The scope of work features the full reconstruction of all interior systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural finishes. Two new stairwells are being constructed and structurally integrated into the existing building. Site modifications are also being made to support the new educational use. In addition, the project includes the construction of a new 14,000 SF ICC-500- rated ICF storm shelter to enhance student and staff safety.
