The 204,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility incorporates an East-West orientation to minimize direct sun exposure and will be constructed with recycled materials (low-E glass, a high albeito roof, natural daylighting, and high-efficiency MEP systems), allowing it to be considered a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified green building. The building highlights many LEED features, such as rainwater capture, efficient landscaping and building orientation. Notable characteristics include the unique, sloped roof, balance between ribbon windows, curtain wall and tilt-up panels.
