City of Wichita Fire Station #12 and Alford Branch Library
The 8,400-square-foot fire station and 18,000-square-foot library were built to aesthetically complement each other while providing all the essential functions. The fire station is the home of the Chief’s quarters and houses a kitchen, locker room area, sleeping area and complete fitness center. The Alford Branch Regional Library was the recipient of the Wichita AIA Honor Award.
