The 16-acre site houses 248 units of Class A multi-family apartment homes and supporting amenities. The project includes two and three-story garden-style apartment buildings. Wood-frame construction was used along with fiber cement siding and brick, and a gable roof system with composition shingle roofs. Amenities include a well-appointed clubhouse, gated access, 24-hour fitness center, business center, game/media room, attached and detached garages, resort-style pool, cyber lounge, car wash, pet park, recycling station, outdoor grilling areas and an outdoor fireplace.
Key Construction recently completed Phase II, which brings an additional 132 units to the project. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units are located in six garden-style apartment buildings with a mix of attached and detached garages. Phase II floor plans match the original phase, but several design tweaks to finish and functionality were adopted based on resident feedback.
