Creekside Skillman and Abrams

The project consists of the complete renovation of a 7.75-acre retail site that included an 82,000-square-foot, two-story building, an 11,000-square-foot, single-story building, as well as a 55,000-square-foot parking garage and approximately 480 spaces of surface parking. This included interior renovations of several retail suites as well as cosmetic and ADA upgrades to the entire site.
