The 9,600-square-foot dialysis clinic is built with structural steel and metal deck construction. The exterior facades consist of EIFS, aluminum storefronts and curtain walls, with a special steel and glass canopy entrance system. The interior construction is metal stud framed drywall partitions with level 4 finish systems. The patient treatment islands have chases and portals for treatment piping and monitoring equipment.
