Historical Renovation
Eaton Place
Eaton Place is a historic mixed-use development project encompassing a city block. It combines office, retail and apartment living in a downtown location. The key element of the project is the renovation of the Eaton Hotel, which was made famous during Carrie Nation’s prohibition rampage. It also includes renovations to six other historically significant buildings, as well as a six-story annex tower consisting of two levels of parking and four stories of apartments.
