The formerly abandoned and deteriorating warehouse has been renovated into one of the most breathtaking and popular hotels in Old Town. Key Construction brought the old Keen Kutter building into the 21st Century in grand style. Located in the center of Wichita’s downtown area, the hotel features 155 beautiful guest rooms, as well as office and retail space. The interior structure was completely gutted while protecting and preserving the exterior historical facade.
