ILTexas Pearland

We completed new 96,000-square-foot K–8 school on a 16.5-acre site featuring a detention pond and full site development. Built with masonry and cold-formed framing with steel elements,the facility is finished with EIFS/DEFS, full brick, split-face block, fiberglass columns, and a TPO roof. Interior amenities include a full-service kitchen, stage, plastic snapcourt gym floor, and athletic training turf, while the site features concrete paving, playgrounds, basketball courts, and a soccer field. Comprehensive utility infrastructure was also installed, supporting a modern, durable campus designed to serve students and the community.
