Following the success at the West campus, Key constructed the Metro campus student success center. Located in a downtown midrise, the project was executed without any interruption to classes above, below, and adjacent to the remodeled space. Using experience gained at the West campus, Key was able to reduce the number of RFI’s on this project by over 75%
