The former movie theatre was completely demolished inside the existing masonry walls and converted to office space. The entire project had to be completed in six months to have the third floor ready for the new anchor tenant. Since completion, Key Construction has also finished out two additional tenant spaces. We were selected for this job based on our ability to complete it on time, and we came in under budget.
