Promesa is a 12,500 SF phase 2 addition to an existing school. Phase 2 has 13 classrooms as well as 4 staff offices located in the center of the building. It’s constructed of a masonry core and cold-formed metal framed walls with a combination standing seam / TPO roof. The courtyard has a linear canopy surrounded by wrought iron fencing.
