Key Construction has completed three Residence Inn hotels, one in Bend, Oregon, one in The Colony, Texas, and one in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Bend, OR: The four-story, 105-room hotel is nearly 88,000 square feet. The hotel is perfectly located for nearby activities.

The Colony, TX: The 74,000-square-foot, four-story, steel-stud framed structure with stucco and glass exterior boasts spacious guest suites with fully equipped kitchens. The hotel was built alongside a Fairfield Inn that included 8,000 square feet of meeting space and served as the featured development of Marriott’s A&C Link Conference.

Stillwater, OK: The hotel is a four-story wood-framed building. The Stillwater location caters to demand driven by the business travelers and the local university traffic.
