RSU New Student Housing
The design-build project consists of two student housing apartment-style buildings (three-story) with a total of 255 beds, roughly 87,000 square feet, and includes 99 two-bed units, 12 four-bedroom units, eight one-bedroom units, eight handicap units and 10 hearing impaired units. The project also includes an adjacent 6,000-square-foot clubhouse/community gathering area and extensive site development.
