TU Hardesty Hall
The building includes 70,000 square feet of residential space with the capability to house 300 beds and 36,000 square feet of business space. The business space is occupied by the Holmes Student Center. The existing Holmes Student Center was razed to make room for the new facility. A new plaza, complete with a fountain designed to mimic a hurricane, was added between the new residential center and nearby activities center.
