The 77,000-square-foot 743-seat theatre includes an elevated cantilever slab, balcony and a full performance stage of over 2,100 square feet with a cushioned ballet floor, scenery fly, trap room and large wings. Other theatre facilities include an orchestra pit with hydraulic lift, orchestra shell, forestage reflector, control booth, lighting booth, audio booth, electrical theatrical control systems, multiple level catwalks, a green room, dressing rooms, a scene shop, a costume shop with laundry, offices, storage for costumes and props, complete stage rigging line set systems, theatrical lighting controls equipment and piano storage rooms with independent HVAC controls.
