TU Rayzor Hall Electrical Engineering Classroom and Samson Plaza
The two-story, 38,500-square-foot project has finishes that are very similar to the Lorton Performance Center that Key Construction previously built and is located very close in proximity. Samson Plaza encompasses a 1.5-acre area that connects Rayzor Hall, Keplinger Hall and Stephenson Hall. The challenging site included a large demolition package and relocation of existing live utilities to six campus buildings that remained open during construction.
