These two projects were very similar, with the Dallas location being larger. The Dallas project included three 22,500-square-feet single-story, tilt-wall and high-bay steel structures featuring 20 service bays. Each bay has a two-room suite with a bathroom. Additionally, the Dallas location included a 20-acre site with 414 truck and trailer parking spaces. The Fort Worth location was identical but included two 22,500-square-feet buildings and a 10-acre site with 117 truck and trailer parking spaces.
