The 450,000-square-foot project is a unique urban design that includes seven levels of flats, two- and three-story lofts blending state-of-the-art convenience, urban excitement and neighborhood calm. The structure was completed with an attached six-story parking garage. A unique design incorporates multiple views of the Arkansas River, the waterway and Wichita’s downtown skyline. The basement (lower level) features retail along with underground parking.
